An application for the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process filed under sction 7of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with Rule 4 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (application to the Adjudicating Authority) Regulation, 2016 was filed by State Bank of India, before National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench vide its order dated 03.08.2023 wherein Aditya Kumar Tibrewal was appointed as the interim resolution professional.
At present the company is undergoing liquidation process vide Order no I.A.(I.B.C) No. 7/KB/2024 in CP (IB) No. 64/KB/2022 dated 12.03.2024 ( communicated to the Liquidator on 14th of March 2024) passed by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench appointing Mr. Bishwanath Choudhary as the official liquidator as provided under section 34(1) of the Code vide Registration No. IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00597/2018-2019/12042 and valid Authorization for Assignment (AFA) issued by the Insolvency Professional Agency (IPA) respectively.
